Matthew 11:1-6

If you don't understanding something, ask.

MEMORY VERSE

"The Lord gives wisdom. Knowledge and understanding come from his mouth."

ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

As your kid starts their day, ask your kid if they could teach you how to do something that they know (like play a video game, draw, whatever). Make sure you carve out time to make it happen.

Drive Time

While on the go, ask your kid: “What is something you’ve always wanted to ask me about my work, my past, my faith, etc.?”

Meal Time

At a meal, have everyone at the table answer this question: “What questions do you have about God, Jesus, faith, etc.?”

Bed Time

Pray for each other: “God, you are bigger than we can imagine and there are some things that we just don’t understand. Help us to ask for help when we need it, and to trust You for the things only You can answer.”
